We’re looking for a Product Manager who thinks like a builder, embraces rapid learning, and is excited to shape both what we build and how we build it.
You’ll work directly with the CTO and a tight-knit team to define direction, drive clarity, and deliver meaningful products for the world’s best financial advisors every day.

Decide what matters
Identify the highest-impact problems to solve, understand customer needs from strategy to detail, and keep the team focused on meaningful outcomes.
Drive execution
Create clear visibility into the work we’re doing, maintain strong organization across projects, and continually improve how the team plans and delivers.
Learn from real outcomes
Define success through measurable product results, gather insights from usage and feedback, and apply those learnings to future decisions.
Move fast with AI
Use modern AI tools and models for rapid prototyping, design exploration, and accelerating product iteration. Help shape how AI enhances both our product experience and our internal workflows.
Support the full product lifecycle
Equip customer-facing teams to sell, educate, and support new features, partner with marketing to communicate value, and stay close to real user feedback.

- This role has a salary range of $100K-$150K and competitive benefits
- Our team is fully remote and primarily operates on Pacific time
- You’ll report directly to the CTO and work closely with the entire Encore team
