We’re a small, fast-moving team focused on real customer impact, thoughtful product design, and leveraging the newest advances in AI-assisted development to move faster than traditional teams.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who loves building, embraces rapid learning, and is excited to shape both the product and the way we build it.
You’ll work directly with the CTO and a tight-knit team to design, ship, and evolve meaningful features used by the world's best financial advisors every day.
What you'll do
Build what matters
Design and implement product features end-to-end, from early concept through production, with a strong focus on user experience, reliability, and quality.
Move fast with AI
Use modern AI coding tools and workflows to accelerate development, prototype ideas quickly, and deliver great results. Help define how AI becomes part of both our product and our engineering process.
Own the results
Work closely with Product and the rest of the Encore team to understand real customer needs and deliver solutions that create measurable impact.
Continuously improve the system
Strengthen performance, testing, observability, and developer experience so we can ship confidently and frequently.
Learn and adapt
Stay curious about new technologies, especially in AI and developer tooling, and help the team thoughtfully adopt what truly improves our work.
